Oak Forest West

Highland Heights

Highland Heights

Oak Forest West is the newer sections of this community west of White Oak Bayou and east of Antonio.  This homes are larger than those in the first few sections, and have more two car garage homes.  The area is on the rise, as a great place to find an older home and refurbish with updated kitchens and bathrooms, making a great value near the Heights and minutes from the Galleria, Memorial Park and Downtown.

Highland Heights

Highland Heights

Highland Heights

Highland Heights is an up and coming area on the northwest side of town.  This area has many older homes that are located on large parcels of land that are not deed restricted.  This has recently lead many of the inner city builders to begin construction projects of 2 and 3 story town-homes.  Builders believing if they build these modern homes with a bunch of nice amenities the young professionals will buy, rather than moving to the suburbs.  The location is still close enough to the city so that young professionals can make the drive to downtown, Galleria and Memorial Park.
