A Little about me

Hello friends,

        Welcome to my website and my passion (real estate).  I have been in the real estate business and sales for over ½ of my life.  I started my career in real estate as a copy shooter at First American Title (1992).  Later, I became a title examiner at Charter Title (1998).  Over the last 25 plus years, I have continued as a Residential & Commercial Title Examiner, becoming a Title Officer.  These days I'm a Title Officer with Riverway Title.  Riverway Title does most of their work in the commercial arena, but also in the luxury residential markets.  As a Realtor I’ve assisted in the sale of over $20 million in real estate in the great state of Texas.   I currently have my real estate licensed held with Millennium Group of Texas.  Recently, I decided it's time to take all this knowledge to start investing in real estate as well as helping others invest.

         I am looking for intelligent individuals interested in playing the long game and building generational wealth with real estate. Those interested in purchasing properties, renovating them, for fix and flips or holding for rental purposes.  I’m here for you.

         A little more about me.  There are two other things I am passionate about, baseball and the love of this country. America, I believe is the best country on the planet and enjoy traveling it visiting Major League Baseball stadiums along with the amazing concert venues in the cities we tour. I've been to 17 MLB stadiums, visited 20 states, and planning on hitting a few more in the future. While touring the country, I’m hoping to meet a few people that share an interest in real estate. I am looking forward to building relationships with great Americans from sea to sea and from the southern border to the north.
